Where are you based?

We are based in the north shore of Auckland.

Do you have a physical office/warehouse to pick up from?

Unfortunately we do not currently allow pickups. But we are looking into this option and will update you when the time comes.

How long will delivery take?

Depending on where you live it can be anywhere from one day to three days.

What do I do if my product has not arrived?

We understand things can go wrong. But not to worry, flick us an email at and we will be sure to do our best to rectify any issues.

What do I do if my product is damaged on arrival?

No worries, send us a picture of the issue to along with your order number and contact details and we will do our best to sort it out.

What payment options do you offer?

We accept debit/credit cards but you can also do a bank transfer if you like.

How do I apply for a refund?

Unfortunately we only offer refunds on damaged goods, not change of mind.
